Discover your soul design-comprised of soul origin, archetype, and purpose-and use that knowledge to elevate your current life.
Drawing from more than forty years as a psychologist and thirty years as a regressionist, Dr. Linda Backman has developed Soul Essence Psychology, a program for examining your current life persona combined with your soul design. Through transcripts of client sessions and accompanying exercises, this book helps you embrace your higher self in your current life.
You are uniquely comprised of three ingredients: where your soul originates, your immortal archetype portrayed throughout your past lives, and your pre-birth contract containing your life purpose. Each chapter of this book builds a program through which you can explore these ingredients. Dr. Backman helps anyone, regardless of spiritual path, live a fuller life in alignment with their soul.
