Lily Parker has only seven days left in Rome when a chance encounter with Matteo, a restoration architect, changes the rhythm of her final week. What begins as an ordinary conversation beside an old building becomes a brief, intimate connection shaped by the certainty of departure. As the days narrow into hours, Lily and Matteo explore the city, each other, and the uncomfortable question of whether something must last to be meaningful. With no promises of forever and no easy answers waiting at the airport, Seven Days Before Goodbye is a tender, reflective romance about attention, impermanence, and the kind of love that can matter deeply even when it is never meant to stay.
