Many people have challenges when it comes to working under pressure to give a top performance, of any kind: for a job, sports, public speaking, a test, an interview, etc. Maybe your nerves, panic attacks or other bad reactions have sabotaged you. The remedy, though, for these challenges resides in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious is your "Silent and Invisible Partner" intended to advocate for you; yet, your subconscious unfortunately may make programing mistakes. Unlike a friend, once it has downloaded a program it believes will help, please and/or protect you, it never re-evaluates its choices or corrects any mistakes. No, you have to be the one to initiate the reprogramming. Reprogramming Hypnosis programs your top performance by first deleting "Faulty Subconscious Programs" that in the past, have interfered or challenged your success. Gale has formulated effective word choices and strategies to create powerful Reprogramming Hypnosis suggestions for you. Some additional positive benefits: Delete stored negative emotions associated with being judged and feeling under pressure to perform Program that you thrive, so happy to perform in any situation whether you are judged or not Address your Inner Wisdom, found within your subconscious, to gain advice for your preparation Practice often using this audio and self-hypnosis to reinforce excellent, confident performances Project your best qualities before, during and after your performance, feeling in control Download positive thinking for courage and projecting your charisma for your best performance.
