Not in the clubs. Not in the trauma. Not in the shame. He never turned away.
Lawrence Prasad spent years believing he had gone too far for God. Shaped by abuse, abandonment, secrecy, and self-hatred, he searched for love and belonging in all the wrong places, moving from a Catholic childhood into Melbourne's gay club and drag scene, drug culture, and a hidden world of pain.
But then, in the middle of his brokenness, the Father's love found him.
Outrageous Love: He Never Turned Away is a raw, deeply honest, and hope-filled memoir of healing, identity, and restoration. With courage and compassion, Lawrence shares the story of his journey from trauma and orphan-hearted striving into freedom, belovedness, and a life transformed by the outrageous love of God.
This audiobook is more than a memoir. It is an invitation. An invitation to bring your wounds, your questions, your grief, and your story into the light. Along the way, Lawrence also opens a window into the hidden pain carried by pastors and leaders, showing why inner healing and safe pastoral support are not optional extras, but vital lifelines.
In this audiobook, you will discover:
· a practical, Spirit-led pathway into inner healing
· how Jesus meets us in the places we thought were beyond redemption
· why forgiveness is about freedom, not denial
· how beloved identity can reshape a life
· why those who care for others need safe places to be held too
If you have ever wondered whether God could still want you, still love you, or still come near to you, this audiobook is for you.
He never turned away. And He is not turning away now.
