This is a 2-book combo, which has the following titles:
Book 1: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is quite common. It is one of those things that you should know more about, because there might be someone in your life who has it. The condition has pros and cons, but if you don't know about any of those, life can be tough.
In this book, we'll touch on the nature of obsessions, how they are different from compulsive behavior, and which similarities they show. Additionally, the biological and environmental causes of this disorder will be highlighted.
In the end chapter, some solutions to managing its symptoms will be given.
Book 2: If you think you have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, or if someone else has it, this book is for you. Or perhaps you want to just learn more about it.
Either way, your knowledge will increase by going through this concise guide.
This book focuses on ways to help people with the disorder, as well as on methods to handle compulsive tendencies. The last and longest chapter of the book goes over a number of questions and answers about children with the disorder, questions that have been common in the community.
There is a lot of great material in here. I invite you to give it a try.
