Notes from the Underground is a work by the classic of Russian literature and one of the best world-class novelists F. M. Dostoevsky (1821—1881). The story is built on contrasts. In addition, the author does not describe a specific hero, but a certain type of people, a collective image. The story is written so unusually that readers did not immediately understand it and identify the ideology of the "underground" person (closed, embittered, who has broken contact with the outside world) with the worldview of the writer.
