About
Propelled into a vortex of international financial crimes and espionage, intrigue and romance, Jack Houston St. Clair and his team work feverishly to stash over $65 million removed from the sunken narco-sub off Key West. Back in Miami, the Cuban undercover operatives Jack stumbled upon continue their secret program ripping off the Treasury for billions through Medicare and IRS tax fraud. They set in motion a plan to move $27 million over to the Bahamas to get the cash out of the U.S.
Meanwhile, in Washington, it's now become clear to President Norwalk, Slanetti, and everybody else involved in rigging the election in Sam's favor, that the crucial vote in the House will come down to Matt Hawkins, freshman congressman from Wyoming.
Matt gets called to the White House for an intense one-on-one with Norwalk, who makes him an offer that causes him to re-think everything he's stood for. But is it an offer he "can't refuse"?
If you like Vince Flynn and his Mitch Rapp, Brad Thor and his Scot Harvath, Frederick Forsyth, Robert Ludlum and Jason Bourne, Brad Meltzer and Tim Tigner, you'll find it impossible to put down this compulsively gut-gripping political thriller.
The St. Clair Series is a rollercoaster thrill ride involving intrigue, romance and action that shuttles between Miami and Washington. If you like compelling characters, government intrigue, and a race against time, then you'll love Ridge King's gripping adventure.
