Based on thorough research and courtroom transcripts, John Grogan unfolds the dramatic story of Chicago's Leopold and Loeb, two wealthy teenage boys who kidnapped and brutally murdered fourteen-year-old Bobby Franks in 1924. In this off-Broadway production, the plot divides between scenes of courtroom hearings and the boys' developing relationship, culminating in the murderous act and the boys' conviction.
