Open your psychic senses and expand your perception abilities at the mudra level of consciousness with this two-part system of hypnotic and sleep suggestions. This adaptation of the ancient meditation technique of touching index finger and thumb together to form a circle allows you to achieve an immediate altered state. You will instantly become calm, patient, and aware and feel a sense of peace surge through your body.
In track 1-Hypnosis-you will be guided through a full-body relaxation, taking you into a theta-level hypnotic state, during which your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. The impactful statements you will hear include: From this moment on you are rapidly developing the mudra method of immediately altering consciousness. You become extremely psychic at this time. You have the power and ability to use mudra conditioning to make your life work better and to be of assistance to others. Whenever you use your mudra conditioning, you will also be open to give yourself suggestions, which will be effective immediately upon awakening.
You will then learn the posthypnotic conditioned response key to activating this level of consciousness by purposefully connecting your index finger and thumb. You will also be encouraged to visualize yourself successfully using this conditioning, and be given affirmations to repeat, all of which enhances this programming. Then in track 2-Sleep Programming-you will experience another relaxation induction, and additional positive messaging will be relayed to you, this time phrased for maximum subconscious acceptance as you go to sleep. In this way, the suggestions you heard in track 1 will continue to be reinforced and the conditioning process will be accelerated through this incredibly powerful mind-programming technique.
