Dark secrets pulse beneath the surface of Stockholm, ready to drag the unwary into its depths.
From the bestselling Swedish crime writer, Luna Miller, comes a new unputdownable Scandi Noir thriller.
Gunvor Ström, a fierce ex-surgeon turned private investigator, is tasked with what seems like a simple job: Nadja Franzén suspects her husband, Mikael, of infidelity. But as Gunvor navigates the web of lies and deceit, she uncovers a story far more complicated and unexpected than mere betrayal.
Armed with spy-level cunning and martial arts precision, Gunvor's age becomes a barrier as she follows Mikael through Stockholm's lively nightlife. Unexpectedly, she finds help in two unlikely allies: Elin, a teenager grappling with insecurities, and David, a school dropout with hidden strengths. As the trio edges closer to the truth, the strength of their enemy becomes frighteningly clear, turning the pursuit from suspicion to survival.
Looking for Alice is the first book in the gripping, action-packed Gunvor Ström series.
