Created and recorded by award-winning writer and clinical hypnotist Maggie Dubris, this audio hypnosis session is designed to be listened to at bedtime. It is similar to the inspired novel title, integrating relaxing images of a tropical forest with that of a butterfly refuge to gather images to be used the next day. However, the suggestions can be applied to equally to fiction, nonfiction, screenwriting, or poetry.
