Their relationship has been nothing but loose goats, a leaking roof, and her complete humiliation after he pays her mortgage so she won't lose her farm. Travis wants to go back in time and start over with Poppy, but he doesn't know how. Can a small town speed-dating event get their second chance off on the right foot? Travis Thatcher has found his life's calling as a cowboy. After leaving behind his big-city life as an investment banker, he's finally sure of who he is and what he wants. He's been trying to get in the good graces of the woman who owns the farm next door, Poppy Harris. They've had a rocky past, especially when she thanks him for being a good friend and neighbor. He doesn't want to be either of those. Well, he does, but Travis wants more. He wants to take care of Poppy and her son, and his protective streak and ability to care for them physically, emotionally, and financially won't stop needling him. As they start to spend more time together, both on and off her farm, Poppy comes to see how good Travis's intentions were - and still are. But she's got a lot of baggage and an extremely proud streak, and she's not sure if she can let the handsome cowboy into her life and onto her farm. It's always been the one safe place for her and her son. Will Travis be able to make his fourth date into forever? Or will their relationship be doomed because of a past good deed Poppy didn't want?
