Master the highly effective finger-talk technique to explore in-depth information beyond your conscious awareness with this proven two-part system of spoken and subliminal suggestions. Using your dominant hand, you will learn to perceive responses in your thumb ("undecided” or "doesn't matter”), index finger ("yes” or positive), or second finger ("no” or negative).
In track 1-Hypnosis-you will be guided through a full-body relaxation, taking you into a theta-level hypnotic state or inducing sleep, during which your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. The impactful statements you will hear include: You have the power and ability to communicate with your Higher Mind with the finger-talk technique. With this technique you obtain answers through feelings. Your Higher Self can always assist you to make the best decisions in your life-accurate decisions. You can easily explore that which lies beyond your conscious awareness.
You will then be encouraged to visualize yourself successfully using the finger-talk technique, affirming that the answer you received is indeed correct, and feeling the elation this mastery brings, all of which enhances this programming. You will also receive these key trigger words for your posthypnotic conditioned response: "finger talk.” Then in track 2-Subliminal Programming-the same positive messaging will be relayed to you again, this time embedded in calming music. In this way, the suggestions you heard in track 1 will continue to be reinforced through this incredibly powerful mind-programming technique.
