About

Gentle Movement for Relaxation is a 35 minute guided audio class that has been devised to help ease the body and mind into relaxation through a series of very gentle floor based movements.
This class is suitable for all levels, it guides you through a series of movements to help remove physical tension and focus the mind on the present moment to encourage a state of deep relaxation.
Regular relaxation can play a positive role in health and wellbeing, by taking the time to relax regularly stress is reduced and the ability to relax increases.
Using movement to enhance relaxation helps to focus and still the mind, so that reaching a relaxed state becomes achievable as the mind is calm and the body is also relaxed.
This audio class has been devised and narrated by leading yoga, relaxation and meditation teacher Sue Fuller. Sue has been teaching yoga since 1995, she is the creator of the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio yoga classes, a course author for the BSY and a regular columnist for Natural Health UK.
