Hi there! I'm so excited to welcome you to From Menakumari to Geet - a quirky, heartfelt, and deeply relatable journey into the drama that lives inside our minds.
You see, we all have an inner voice. For me, she happens to be a full-blown Bollywood tragedy queen - Menakumari. She gasps dramatically, expects the worst, and loves to say, "Me Na! I can't do it!" every time life throws a challenge.
But over time, I realized something powerful - this voice wasn't my enemy. She was my overprotective side, scared of failure, judgment, and rejection. My journey began when I decided to stop fighting her… and start understanding her.
That's when Geet entered my life - my confident, carefree, joyful inner heroine, inspired by the character from Jab We Met. Geet's voice was the antidote to Mena's fear - playful, fearless, and full of life.
This audiobook takes you through that transformation - from self-doubt to self-worth, from hesitation to confidence. You'll hear real conversations between me and Mena, discover why your inner critic isn't a villain, and learn practical tools to reprogram your inner voice.
🌼 You'll learn:
• How to recognize and manage your own "Menakumari" voice.
• Why taking 100% responsibility changes everything.
• How to build real confidence through small, bold steps.
• And how to embody your inner Geet - the unstoppable, radiant version of you.
It's not a lecture. It's not a list of "shoulds."
It's a story - filled with laughter, drama, reflection, and hope.
So plug in your headphones, grab your favorite cup of chai, and get ready for a journey that's equal parts Bollywood, psychology, and self-love.
Because it's time to turn down the tragedy… and turn up the Geet in you. 💃
