How do you deal with drama - or cope with trauma? Fragile Thoughts explores the intersection of three powerful healing tools – vulnerable storytelling, journaling, and yoga - and how those practices can help transcend trauma. Katie takes us on a soul-searching journey revealing her origin story by sharing character-creating experiences - from a speech impediment to drugs and depression to surviving sexual assault. Katie's story showcases how these three healing techniques have helped her discover meaningful connections, realize her purpose, and bring her peace. This book provides inspirational tales of vulnerability and includes invitations for readers to engage in the same powerful practices that had a profound effect on the author. Written as both a personal narrative and a practical guide, Fragile Thoughts helps readers find their own path to healing - because we all have a #writetoheal.
