Many followers of Jesus forget that the faith that He practiced during his time on earth was Judaism. If you are a follower of Christ, rediscovering the Jewish faith of Jesus will enhance your faith. At the same time, if you are a Jew who follows the Torah, then embracing the teaching of the rabbi Jesus, will enhance your faith as well. Both families who hunger for God, Christians and Jews have something to gain through embracing the faith of Jesus. This book walks you through numerous Scriptures and their traditional interpretations. Harry Buerer contrasts them with the Jewish teaching of Jesus and shows powerfully how historical Christian thinking has ignored this aspect of the life of Christ. You will rediscover the Judaism at the very center of Jesus's preaching and that of his followers. Christian readers will learn how Jesus' teaching was the fulfilment of Mosaic Law. And Jewish readers will re-discover their brotherhood with his scriptural priorities and passion for his faith.
