What is your first reaction when you think of prayer? The prophet Isaiah makes a stunning claim that God invites His people to find joy in His house of prayer. But for many Christians, prayer is not joyful, but boring or frustrating. Where is the disconnect? Enjoying Prayer exposes roadblocks on the path to this joy and provides biblical insight and direction for a thriving prayer life. You can discover the joyful prayer that is promised to every believer. It's time to start enjoying prayer! "Scripture tells us, 'In [God's] presence is the fullness of joy' (Psalm 16:11), and the essence of prayer is to engage with God's presence. Matthew Lilley makes this reality come wonderfully alive in his excellent and timely book." Dr. Dick Eastman, President of America's National Prayer Committee "The book title says it all. Matthew peels back the complexities that religion has taught us about prayer and helps us rediscover the beauty of prayer and relationship with God." Aaron Kennedy, Pastor of Opendoor Church
