Set during World War II and the Holocaust era, Emerald Ark, Memories of a Jewish Irish Youth, a memoir, shares the story of an adventurous and uncommon life - the life of Theo Garb. Born in Manchester, England, in 1929, Theo grew up an Orthodox Jew in Dublin, Ireland. He will tug at your heartstrings and teach you a bit as well, about following one's heart and living life to the fullest!
Amazon review: ***** What a pleasure to read Theo's story. Uplifting, amusing and candid. With so much going on in the world it was wonderful to escape into Theo's adventures. His love for life, culture, faith and family is tremendous and we have the joy of traveling along with him. I smiled often and appreciate the attention to detail. It also has to be noted that the historical aspect is engaging and enlightening. Can't wait for the movie!
