Death With Honors

In this third installment of the Knight & Day mystery series, Jerry Knight, an opinionated right-wing talk show host, and his partner Jane Day, a liberal reporter for the Washington Post, are caught in the crossfire between power-conscious Washington and media-mad Hollywood. The results are murder. When an aging movie star known for her beauty as well as her political activism is brutally stabbed at the Kennedy Center Honor Awards, the motives and suspects are bicoastal. It doesn't take long for Knight and Day to get sucked into the middle of a case in which they could wind up as the next victims.
