Carefully structured to program your mind into an even-tempered new reality, this proven two-part system of spoken and subliminal suggestions will enable you to maintain control in otherwise anger-producing situations. As you defuse self-destructive anger, you'll soon notice how much smoother life becomes.
In track 1-Hypnosis-you will be guided through a full-body relaxation, taking you into a theta-level hypnotic state or inducing sleep, during which your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. The impactful statements you will hear include: You realize that your mind is all-powerful and that you can create any reality that you desire to live. You have chosen to program yourself to control your temper at all times; it is within your power and ability to do so. From this moment on you are taking control of your temper, because you fully realize that the calmer you are, the better you think-and thus you act in your own best interests. You gain in uncountable ways by controlling your temper, and from this moment on you do control your temper.
You will then be given affirmations to repeat and be encouraged to visualize yourself calming down, relaxing, and taking positive control of situations that used to cause you to lose your temper, all of which enhances this programming. You will also receive these key trigger words "total control” for your posthypnotic conditioned response whenever you feel your temper slipping.
Then in track 2-Subliminal Programming-the same positive messaging will be relayed to you again, this time embedded in calming music. In this way, the suggestions you heard in track 1 will continue to be reinforced through this incredibly powerful mind-programming technique.
