Simple. Practical. Empowering. If you're living with CFS/ME, you've likely been told there is no cure-and yet thousands are getting well using neuro-linguistic brain training. Recovery begins by consciously taking back control of a dysregulated subconscious program and resetting it to a powerful, healthy, and confident program. No matter how sick you are, this book has been carefully designed to offer a clear, easy-to-follow coaching programme. Through repetitive somatic breathwork, meditation, body language, and daily rituals, you'll learn how to calm the overprotective "old brain" and restore your mind and body back to a healed, balanced state. Within these pages you now have your own personal coach (author) Trish Covich, beside you all the way to health and happiness. Trish recovered from moderate to severe CFS/ME, including life-threatening gastroparesis. Neuroscience now shows the brain can change; the old patterns of chronic stress can be rewired. You are not broken. You are simply running an outdated program - and programs can be updated. If this book has found you, then now it's your turn.
