DEMON CLAWS
The battle against the demons has been won. The town of Tibbet's Brook is enjoying a peaceful winter until the body of local businessman Rusco Hog is discovered on the old Tanner farm, his fatal injuries pointing towards a demon attack.
BUTTER COOKIES
For Selia Barren, the Town Speaker, the evidence doesn't add up. She suspects foul play. Rusco didn't become the richest man in town by making friends, and it seems everyone in Tibbet's Brook has a motive. And she's willing to go to any length to find the truth – including trading her delicious butter cookies for secrets, which are proving too tempting to resist.
