BADASS Your Small Business: A 90-Day Playbook to Build, Scale & Live on Your Terms is a practical guide for founders who want sustainable growth without burnout. Written by entrepreneur and Gro3X founder Norbert Ulmer, the book blends behavioral economics, real-world experience, and values-driven strategy to help business owners regain clarity, control, and build companies with both structure and soul.
Most entrepreneurs don't fail because of bad ideas. They struggle with misalignment, constant decision pressure, and doing too much themselves. This book cuts through the noise with a clear, repeatable framework built around three stages: BUILD with Purpose, SCALE with Systems, and LIVE on Your Terms.
You'll learn how to focus on what truly moves the business forward, attract and keep ideal clients, deliver memorable experiences without added complexity, and design systems that support your time, energy, freedom, and soul. At its core is a simple belief: freedom, not revenue, is the ultimate ROI.
The book includes practical tools such as the Purpose Map, the BADASS Blueprint, the Freedom OS, and the Four Sovereignties of Time, People, Place, and Money, and concludes with a focused 90-day implementation plan that turns insight into momentum.
The foreword is written by Christopher Phelps, CEO of the Cialdini Institute and a leading voice in ethical influence and behavioral science.
