Three strangers who are trying to find their ways in the wake of loss become entwined in fraudulent schemes, which have a resounding impact on them all. And another is a naïve, young woman who sneaks away from her small town with her former history teacher. Their three lives interconnect in unforeseen ways-and with unexpected consequences.
