Fall asleep, and let your awareness drift beyond the body.
This guided sleep meditation gently relaxes your mind and body, then helps you explore astral projection in a calm, grounded way. You will be guided through slow breathing, deep relaxation, and simple visualisations designed to support a feeling of floating, lightness, and safe exploration. Everything is paced for sleep, so you can either follow along into an out of body style experience or simply drift off into deep rest.
• Soft, soothing guidance with long pauses so you can relax fully
• Body scan and breathwork to help you release tension and feel light
• Gentle visualisation for separation, floating, and calm exploration
• A safe, comforting close that helps you settle into quiet sleep
