In 1930s Kansas, Theodore "Teddy" Davidson is shaped by the hardships of the Great Depression, the Dust Bowl, and long days on the family farm. Determined to rise above those challenges, he earns a place in the Naval ROTC program at Georgia Tech, where he discovers a passion for aviation-and meets Caroline, the spirited Southern co-ed who changes his life. As Teddy works toward becoming a naval aviator, their young romance grows in the shadow of a world edging toward war.
When conflict erupts, Caroline joins the Women's Auxiliary as a ferry pilot while Teddy is deployed to the Pacific. Separated by oceans but bound by love, both confront danger and sacrifice as they serve their country. Teddy's daring missions elevate him to fighter ace and recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross, while Caroline helps deliver the aircraft that keep America in the fight.
Again, A Kiss Goodbye is a sweeping WWII love story that celebrates courage, duty, and the unbreakable bond between two hearts forged in a time of war.
