An overextended Dolmar and his team take on a botched flip in South Tampa. But when delays plague the timeline, he recruits his wife Keisha to help manage the project and sees dollar signs as local house prices soar.

Dolmar's got a steal of a deal in Port Richey. But after they pull up to this 90s Era Time capsule, they discover that vandals, roaches, and water damage have had their way with the interior.
