Harriet explains their adoption of the Zig Zag wine dog ... and a new couple move into the caboose to learn about working on the land.

6. A Big First Year

One year into their foray as winemakers, Henry opens up on just how hard this gig has been ... Henry also joins other local winemakers for an on-site seminar from soil microbiology guru Mary Cole ... Harriet explains the inspiration for their move to buy Zig Zag Winery and also has deliveries to make ... and with fruit starting to show, Henry is in the vineyard preparing an organically approved sulphur and copper spray for the vines.
