1. Learning Curve

Eric Bellchambers, the UK couple is soon into the thick of the action, but this work is much tougher than first thought.

2. Freefall

Henry and Harriet receive devastating news that threatens their dream of running a vineyard when new label designs go awry during bottling. As they
nurture baby Alby, Harriet struggles with feeling sidelined from winemaking. Farmhand Scott leaves to pursue his own dreams.

3. Party Time

After more than two months, the Churchills finally regain their liquor license just in time for a major regional food and wine festival. While Harriet runs a
local fair stall, Henry faces mixed results at a pop-up cellar door. They bottle their shiraz with help from winemaker Llew Knight, adopt the Zig Zag wine
dog, and welcome a new couple to the caboose to learn life on the land.

4. Frost Bitten

Harriet begins shoot thinning in the vineyard ahead of summer. The Churchills are devastated when an unseasonal frost destroys much of their prized
shiraz crop. Harriet explains the vision behind their new brand, Kindfolk, while a deadly tiger snake trapped in the bathroom underscores just how tough
winemaking life can be.

5. Going Green

Harriet explains their holistic approach, including moving away from harmful sprays and pesticides. The Churchills reflect on meeting in Bangladesh and
their journey to Australia. Henry’s dad Michael, a former UK blues musician who played Woodstock in 1969, arrives for Christmas as they host their first
festive cellar door drinks with new neighbours.

6. A Big First Year

One year into winemaking, Henry reflects on how tough the journey has been. He attends an on-site seminar with local winemakers led by soil
microbiology expert Mary Cole. Harriet shares the inspiration behind buying Zig Zag Winery while handling deliveries, as Henry prepares an organic
sulphur and copper spray with fruit emerging on the vines.
