Julie Woodyear-Smith, Sean's restaurant manager, talks about the pressure of building Sean's Kitchen and the compromises it involves. Sean takes a break from the building site and catches up with Saskia Beer, making sure that she can provide some of her chicken for his restaurant in Adelaide. Relieved when she says yes, he cooks up a delicious Chicken Saltimbocca before jumping on a plane to New York. Once there, Sean checks out the delights of Broadway Bites and meets up with some amazing crepe makers, and the genius' behind Roberta's Pizza. From here Sean hits Harlem, and gets an amazing tour of the area, before landing with Charles Gabriel theundisputed king of fried chicken. Sean gets an amazing lesson before cooking up some for Charles himself, with a great reception to crispiness and flavor. Having done all that, Sean decides on the way home to try and find the perfect hotdog in New York. A virtually impossible task, has Sean bitten offmore than he can chew?
