Rosie Fuentes is an inquisitive 5-year-old Mexican-American girl just beginning to learn about the baffling and thrilling world beyond her family walls. Do you know you can't mail your cat to Mexico? Rosie does now, and it's one of her "Rosie's Rules!" Rosie discovers that to send a letter or a package in the mail she must include a name, address, postage and wait for the mail carrier to pick it up. Then, Rosie wants Abuela to feel how soft Gatita is, so she tries to send her in the mail! Rosie finds out that it takes lots of people to deliver mail.
