Prisoners of War - Season 2

Talia breaks down, and Nimrode is absent while this happens, out partying instead. Uri and Nurit try to bridge the gap formed by the past 17 years. After meeting Yinon, and trying to put the past behind her, Yael packs up all of Amiel's things and puts them in storage.
Haim Cohen interrogates the matter of Amiel, which is full of twists and turns and involves another Mossad agent. Yussuf and Abdullah head out to handle an arms deal, which Abdullah nearly blows.

The past troubles Yussuf, while Abdullah tries to revive the tradition of recruiting children to be martyrs. Finally, Yussuf is put to a test of faith. Iris extracts information about the Children of the Jihad, and she and Haim Cohen continue Atar Shorer's investigation and try to solve the mystery of the new leader of the organization.
Talia tries to get Nimrode to come back home. Uri shares the horrors of captivity with Nurit, and the psychological mind games their captors tortured them with.

The connection between Jamal and Amiel is revealed, as well as the process that ended with his becoming Yussuf. He struggles with the consequences of the shooting and the mounting pressure to execute an act of terrorism against Israel.
Iris and Haim Cohen turn to an old university professor of his to learn about Stockholm Syndrome, and discover new details about Atar Shorer and the POWs.
Yael Ben Horin's belongings are stolen from storage.

Iris and Haim discover new details in the investigation tying Amiel, Atar Shorer and Dr. Ze'ev Kaplan together. A cat and mouse detective game develops between Haim and Ze'ev, who is busy skillfully training the talented Yinon.
Nimrode's violent deterioration continues. His situation crosses red lines, and he's interested in resolving it. Talia, in a deep depression, is exposed to a ray of light in the form of Dr. Shmuel Ostrovsky, who comes over to help her.

We're exposed to Atar Shorer's meticulous recruitment of Yinon, and a new direction in Haim and Iris's investigation leads them to "Operation Judas", which brings them to confront Ze'ev on the subject.
Nurit is fraught with anxiety and guilt over her decision. Nimrode spends a happy, emotionally charged evening with Michaela, the company clerk he had an affair with 17 years ago. Talia goes out searching for herself doing yoga, and meets a young man.
Abdullah hums a Hebrew song to Yussuf. Together, they take another step toward executing a terrorist act, but Abdullah remains unconvinced of Yussuf's true motivations.

The mystery of the picture of the man on the shore with his two children, which hangs both in the villa at Jabaliya and at the home in Al Ajar village, continues to trouble Uri, who is ordered by Haim Cohen to investigate the matter with Iris. Across the border, this same picture consoles Yussuf. He's being followed by Abdullah, who's closing in on his secret drop-off spot, and his wife, who's looking into details from his past.
Nimrode struggles with adapting to his new life, both economically, when he cannot afford to buy himself new clothes, and socially, when he's invited over to a dinner party at Michaela's.

We return to Jamal's past and are exposed to startling plot twists. Yussuf is not pleased with Ismail's new bond with Abdullah. Talia and Dr. Ostrovsky go out on a date, much to Dana's displeasure. Uri suffers from poor health, and goes to see his family doctor.

We flash back to the night of the kidnapping, this time from Jamal's point of view. The mind games between Ze'ev and Haim are stepped up a notch when we're exposed to new details regarding Operation Judas and Yinon's true mission. Uri and Nimrode set out to extract more details from Ruth Shorer. Talia holds back on details from her date with Dr. Ostrovsky.

Haim tries to extract more details on Operation Judas from Ze'ev, and together they work on cracking the code that Atar and Jamal used to communicate with each other. Uri blurts out a bit of information that gets him in trouble, and Nimrode operates behind Uri's back in the interest of the investigation. Nurit feels uncomfortable about her past, and Yinon makes a sacrifice for Yael.

Uri's health is deteriorating. Nimrode reveals another detail regarding what happened with Amiel. Nurit heads out on a mission behind enemy lines. Yussuf must use his wit to avoid Abdullah, who's hot on his trail.

The soldier's kidnapping affects everybody. Yinon goes through the final phase of preparations for Operation Judas. Hatzav is drafted to the army, and for a moment it seems that the Klein family is united.

The soldier's kidnapping awakens feelings of guilt in Nimrode over Amiel. Yael is worried about the identity of the kidnapped soldier.
Yinon puts his special training to use for Operation Judas. The workbooks get Yussuf in trouble, and the truth about his conversion to Islam comes to light. Uri tells Nimrode about his cancer, and dramatic changes occur in their relationships with Nurit and Talia.

Operation Judas is underway. Sheik Qassab pays Leila a visit and questions her while Amiel returns home. Amiel's mysterious pendant changes the ranks of the organization, as well as his own love life.
Jamal has left a final present for Amiel. Uri leaves to travel the world, and Nimrode and Talia go out on a first date.
Haim has his doubts about the operation, while Amiel now faces the greatest conflict of his life.
