Benedict Cumberbatch gives a sparkling performance as Patrick Melrose, a troubled member of the English upper class who tries to make sense of his life following the death of his father. Based on the novels by Edward St Aubyn, the show follows Patrick's life from his childhood in the South of France in the 1960s, to his adult life in New York and London. Also stars Hugo Weaving and Jennifer Jason Leigh.
