Nobu's Japan - Season 1

Celebrity chef and restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa invites his world-renowned chef friends (José Andrés, Thomas Keller, Eric Ripert, Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Daniel Boulud) to travel across Japan and explore the vibrant culinary scenes. The chefs will experience the lifestyle of the locals, encounter the highest quality food ingredients, and discover a rich and unique culinary heritage. At the end of each episode, Nobu and his famous chef friend collaborate and push the boundaries of a new culinary creation by creating a new dish using the ingredients that they discover from the journey, and present it to their restaurant visitors.
