Marius Stenhammar has disappeared. Emma tries desperately to find her father, but he is like sunk into the ground. Her boss, Jo Ås, orders Emma to hand over the bloody jacket to the police. But the headstrong Emma, chooses to postpone the handover until she has talked to Marius. Lensman Asbjørn Kolomoen finally finds out about the jacket and confronts Emma with the embezzlement of the compromising evidence. But when Emma finally finds Marius, her world collapses.

Emma chooses not to tell Leo about what happened to his grandfather. It becomes clear that there are many secrets in Emma's family that are not talked about.
