Nicco and Mickey sit in interrogation with Dana Hughes, who claims her husband Dwayne murdered two prostitutes three years ago. They're skeptical. Why is she talking now? She says she's just filed for divorce and is trying to do the right thing. But with a series of dropped assault charges against her husband, might she be seeking some sort of revenge?

2. Horton Kills A Wu

The police force department heads have all gathered to discuss Mickey's new position. She's so keen she's been preparing a speech, only to find out that everyone resents having to answer to her – including Pawlachuck. It only gets worse when Nicco and Ali visit Mickey's new office and congratulations quickly turn into derisive "anti-suit" humour. When Ali tells Nicco that career criminal Andy Horton has been spotted in town, she jokes, "Sorry Mickey, I was just 'liaising' some information to Nicco. Should I have gone through you first?" Mickey suspects her days as part of a team are over.

Viveca Wells walks down a hotel corridor towards her room. Someone is following her. It is Detective Harper, her nemesis, determined to hold her. The beautiful Viveca Wells, responsible for the deaths of her two previous husbands. As she discusses her enigmatic past with Harper, she reminds him that she was never officially considered a suspect in the deaths of her husbands and since he has no new evidence, he should leave her alone… if he can resist.

Christine is at the city morgue planning on logging a few more hours to complete her coursework. She's chatting away with Head Coroner Wheeler when she unzips a body bag to get the shock of her life: there lies her brother Aaron, the unfortunate casualty of a street race. Later, Wheeler assures her that Aaron felt no pain during his last moments alive. He'd taken the drug ketamine hydrochloride – Vitamin K in street lingo. Christine's puzzled; she's never known her brother to do drugs. She asks Nicco to talk to the investigating officer for her – she thinks it's murder.

5. Unfaithful

Harper pays a visit to Christine in Forensics. She's working on identifying the skeletal remains of a young man she suspects was the only son of a woman in Victoria. Harper dismisses her work as a missing person's case, but Christine sweet-talks him into looking into the file. If she can get a detective to open the case as a murder investigation, identifying the body could mean substantial recognition for her. Harper reluctantly agrees – but only as a favor to Christine.

6. Flamers

When a gay-basher is found dead, Homicide alerts Cold Squad. It appears that the victim, Ken Reegan, was killed in the same manner as Tron MacLean, another known and previously convicted violent homophobic. MacLean was found dead in the men's room of a gay club, and his murder was never solved. Harper and Nicco take on the task of linking the two murders to discover just who is behind this vigilante-style justice.
