Cadillac Bill and the Creeping Orchestra start this episode off by introducing celebrity sock puppets: Telly Savalas, Einstein, Bob Marley, Pink and Charlie Chaplin/Hitler, and more.
In this episode, Mike Holler is replaced by Kier McColl, DJ and apple juggling extraordinaire, due to Mike injuring his back. Meanwhile, in-studio two at The Carnival of Chaos, the vegetarian singers Erin and Nara.

More celebrity sock puppets are introduced including Danny Bonaduce, Edgar Winter, Kanye West, Pamela Anderson, and Gandhi. Later in the episode, Bill interviews Jack Pedler, the singer/songwriter and former drummer of Teenage Head, now an alien expert.
Shane Shaft is out of action because of car problems, so Xanthe retakes his position on the show. Mysterion, the Mind Reader, performs at the Carnival of Chaos and shows the audience a stuffed and mounted double-headed calf and more.
