About

Each episode of Almost Unsolved: Heists is filled with archival materials (including taped confessions and police recordings) and some dramatic reenactments, and is guided by interviews with people close to heists that almost went unsolved. We talk sometimes with the investigator, a journalist or maybe even the thief who walk us through the case time-line of what happened, what was taken, what we knew when and how eventually the case finally broke. A fast and entertaining whodunit, sometimes even with a trail of bodies, with a cast of characters that had the arrogance and determination to pull off a heist. A heist they almost got away with it.
