6Teen - Season 3

Wyatt just can't seem to get over Serena – and the rest of the gang is running out of patience. Even Jen tells Wyatt that it's time to get off the Bitter Train. Then, one day, Wyatt just stops complaining. He smiles again, and doesn't sound the least bit bitter. No one can figure out why he's changed so Jen and Caitlin go on a stealth mission to find out. They follow Wyatt to a – Slam Poetry Reading! Turns out that Wyatt has been purging his nasty getting-dumped feelings on stage performing spoken word poems. When the gang ask if they can come and see Wyatt perform, he tells them no way. They just aren't "mature" enough to come. Oh really?! Jonesy, Jude, Caitlin, Nikki and Jen insist on going to Wyatt's next reading to prove that they can sit through it and stay serious. Unfortunately, at the performance, Caitlin lets out a giant fart and sends everyone into uncontrollable spasms of laughter. They have to write and perform their own apology poem for Wyatt to set things right. Meanwhile, Jonesy gets a job at the pharmacy and promises to keep all information confidential – but blabs everything to everyone – and almost breaks Jen and her boyfriend up.

The gang meets up at the Lemon for a very important occasion; they are going to open the results of their high school aptitude tests and see what the multiple choice gods have chosen for them as careers. The results are fairly predictable, Jen is going to be an Olympic Snowboarder, Wyatt is to be a food critic, and even Jude seems pleased with his supposed future as a 'Spokesmodel' although he is slightly confused as to what that is. Nikki however is devastated to learn her test results point her in the direction of "Retail Specialist!" She is going to have to work at the Khaki Barn for the rest of her life?! Caitlin does not help matters when she opens her envelope and is thrilled to learn that she is to be a "Travel Writer!" She is psyched and Nikki slumps into despair. Jonesy refuses to look at his results as he figures he'll just get fired from whatever career that's been selected for him, so why bother. As the day unfolds we watch as the career choices the kids have been assigned do not exactly turn out to be as wonderful or as bad as they first thought. Wyatt and Jude meanwhile are more worried about keeping their present jobs as Jude accidentally tapes over an irreplaceable copy of their boss' favourite movie, "The 77th Samurai." If they don't find another copy Wayne is going to kill them, or worse, fire them!

Caitlin's crazy about her new boyfriend, Wade. So crazy, that every moment Caitlin's not with Wade, she's talking about Wade. When Caitlin launches into Wade story #308, Nikki snaps. She can't take it anymore! Both girls say things they don't mean, and before long aren't talking. Unfortunately, as far as Nikki and Caitlin are concerned, that means no one else can talk to the other either! Caught in the middle, the gang's forced to sneak around on the girls in their best efforts to get them to make up. Enter Jude's new best friend – a goldfish named Fish, who Jude carries around the mall – until Fish is tragically found belly up in his plastic bag. Nikki and Caitlin are brought together as Fish is laid to rest (read: flushed down the toilet in the Loathsome Washrooms) making the girls realize that life is just too short to stay mad at your friends. Oh, and Jonesy lands a sweet job in the woman's fragrance department and gets fired.

When Wyatt discovers that Wayne has a gift for turning people's lives around with the perfect movie recommendation, Wyatt pleads with him to suggest a movie that might save his relationship with Serena. Meanwhile Jen is discovering her relationship with Charlie is a one way street – and headed for a dead end! Caitlin breaks the blender at the Lemon and has to try ever more inventive ways to blend lemons so she gets her bonus from Big Steve. And Jonesy gets a job at El Sporto – but the only staff sport outfit left is a kilt!

Mall romances are just not working out as smoothly as the gang would like!! Jonesy and Nikki have been kind-of-sort-of dating and coasting along nicely… until now. It's their 3-month anniversary and apparently, according to Caitlin, 3 months is a VERY big deal. After struggling to come up with the perfect gifts and paying WAY too much attention to what their friends think, the two come up with very different presents and end up very confused. The gang tries to make it up to them by planning a romantic evening out, but Nikki starts to wonder if dating a friend isn't just too much trouble. Meanwhile, Caitlin finds herself "behind frienemy lines" when she accepts a date from Tricia's old beau. She gets so wrapped up in getting back at Tricia that she scares off the best guy she's met in ages!
