Veronica and Luc conclude their quest to expose the Unisol program to the media and destroy Mentor's (Burt Reynolds) billion dollar heist, while the evil Dr. Walker creates a genetically engineered Unisol GR87, programmed with the single mission to destroy Luc and Veronica.
