Thousand Yard Stare

During World War II, German forces crush the Americans at the 'Battle of Kasserine Pass'. A lone Sergeant, Roland Rothach, becomes separated from his platoon in the North African deserts, and subsequently captured by German soldiers. Back home, Rothach, struggles with reintegrating into his former life as he suffers bouts of PTSD and constantly relives the trauma of Kasserine Pass.
