The Wicker Man

Academy Award® winner Nicolas Cage stars in this spine-tingling remake of the '70s British cult classic horror film The Wicker Man. Police officer Edward Malus (Cage--Leaving Los Vegas, The Ant Bully) investigates the disappearance of a young girl on a remote island off the coast of Washington state. His hopes of unraveling the girl's unsettling disappearance become increasingly uncertain, however, when he unearths disturbing evidence of pagan rituals in the small cult-like community. With the help of a frightened local (Kate Beahan--Flightplan, The Matrix Revolutions), Malus must confront the island's horrific secret and its otherworldly leader (Academy Award® winner Ellen Burstyn--The Exorcist).
