The Mad King

In a fictitious world set in 1850, King John Frederick rules the most powerful empire of all time. Despite warnings from the Grandmaster, he ignores such shocking natural disasters as floods and wildfires, so while he calls himself the king of all kings, behind his back he's known as "The Mad King!" Seeking to overcome the economic misfortunes caused by "the long summer" and avoid rebellions from his subjects, the King and his Royal Army's Chief Commander set forth to create a common enemy and conquer the southern lands of the republic of the sun.
