The Fisherman

Shortly after Steven immigrates to the United States from Nigeria for greener pastures, his health challenges get in the way of his ambition. A terrifying cardiac episode at the park brings Elijah his way, a grieving father battling the loss of his son. As Steven's heart condition worsens, posing the threat of failure, Elijah offers to pay for a heart surgery to get him a new heart, afraid of losing another son. When Steven rejects any further medical treatment, undermines a donor's heart and signs a Do Not Resuscitate order, Elijah reaches the ends of the universe to save a stranger that made his a father again.
