The Elephant in the Room

The Elephant in the Room, a story based on true events, follows a Palliative Care team as they help their terminally ill patients navigate the final moments in life. The story unfolds in St. Mary's Medical Center where we meet our specialty team of Palliative Care providers. They make every attempt to share with their patients and each other, both humor and compassion during the very intimate and vulnerable journey towards the end of life. The team works to celebrate the lives of their dying patients while assisting in the ultimate mutual goal of achieving a peaceful death.
