The Bobo

Peter Sellers, Britt Eklund and Rossano Brazzi star in this comic farce about a shy, bumbling, third-rate, singing matador with dreams of becoming Spain's most popular troubadour, but who is generally known as The Bobo. This man, whose moniker is the Spanish word for "fool," earns a chance for a star booking-and fame-if he can woo and win the heart of Barcelona's most beautiful temptress, an unconquerable blonde who leaves a trail of broken hearts as she collects luxury flats and new Maseratis. But for the matador to earn his prize, he must, within three days, convince the seductress to fall in love with The Bobo.
