Navy SEAL Lt. A.K. Waters and his team are sent to war-torn Nigeria to rescue Dr. Lena Kendricks, a U.S. citizen who runs an international relief services hospital. When she refuses to abandon the people in her care, Waters must choose between following orders and the dictates of his own conscience.
