Mother of the Bride

In the continuing comic adventures of a middle-aged woman, her younger husband, and her grown-up kids, Marget Becker Hix's daughter Mary announces wedding plans to her excited family. But when a financial mix-up renders the banquet hall canceled, the wedding dress sold to someone else, and the caterer kaput, it looks doubtful that the gala wedding will happen at all in this lighthearted comedy about the often frantic preparations for a wedding.
