Kim Soo-chan, a TV producer, hears rumors about a sealed tape known as the "Marui Video," containing disturbing real-life crime footage hidden in the prosecutor's underground archive. As he begins making a documentary using the tape, chilling truths about the 1992 Dongseong Motel murder and the 1987 Ami-dong family killings begin to surface.
