Detective Seon-du miraculously survives a stab wound through a lung after receiving an organ transplant. While chasing serial killer Gyu-jong, he discovers through coordinator Ah-seung that they share organs from the same donor-an old killer Seon-du once arrested. A brutal chase begins between a relentless detective and a driven murderer.
